1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Nuvoro Digital's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services

Nuvoro Digital provides digital design and development services including but not limited to:

• Brand identity design and development
• Web development and design
• Mobile application development
• Digital strategy consulting
• Performance optimization
• UX research and design

3. Project Terms

All projects are subject to a separate project agreement that will outline specific deliverables, timelines, and payment terms. The project agreement will take precedence over these general terms for project-specific matters.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• A deposit is required before work begins
• Payments are due within 30 days of invoice date
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Work may be suspended for overdue accounts

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients will own the final deliverables created specifically for their project. Nuvoro Digital retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Revisions and Changes

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges. Major scope changes will require a new project agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nuvoro Digital's liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Upon termination, payment is due for all work completed to date, and any work-in-progress will be delivered in its current state.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nuvoro Digital operates. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
